Food, Glorious Food!

Well let me start by saying, this boy loves to eat! So, I thought I'd dedicate this post to one of his favorite things to do. There's not a lot to say really, other than he's been practicing using a fork and spoon since he started his visits here but has really just caught on since the big move. There are times, though, when fingers do the trick and that's just fine!
If you've ever seen the movie, What About Bob, he's Bob when he eats. "Mmmmm, mmmmm, mmmm," (not quietly either) are his three favorite words. Oh, his second favorite word is ,"More?" He also knows the sign for this just to emphasize his point.
This boy enjoys his food, that's for sure!
Sherman had a birthday this past week and we went shopping for a helium balloon. We ended up with the ever-festive Happy Birthday bulldozer balloon. And a birthday isn't a birthday without cake.
And speaking of birthdays, we had our first invitation to a social event - a birthday party for Keely. We have very dear friends who adopted a little girl from China one year ago this month. Yesterday was her third birthday. They have a pool so we went in the water for a bit. We had a good time.
